BEEautiful Wedding Details
Below are some shots I took of some super cute wedding details. The wedding is actually tonight, I just couldn’t wait for the legit pictures from Walters and Walters (will upload those next week)! The bride and groom wanted a honey-bee theme, a nod to the groom’s father who is a beekeeper. In order to carry the theme throughout the wedding we enlisted the help of Simply Stated Calligraphy, who designed table numbers with hand-drawn and embossed gold bees. We then stamped each of the place cards with a honey-bee to indicate the menu selection (prime rib = honey-bee and no stamp = vegetarian). You just can’t beat calligraphy when it comes to formalizing event details!
We also used the honey-bee theme when planning for the welcome bags. We had a graphic designer create a custom honey-bee logo for all the printed material, including the actual welcome bag! We stuffed the gift bags with adorable honey-bee and beehive sugar cookies, a bag of honey-roasted pecans (all from Sweet Memories Bakery who is also providing the wedding cake), Burts Bees lip balm and of course, bottled water. Such a wonderful, personalized bag and the best of all… the actual bags were made of recycled material and can be re-used (and shockingly, the bags were extremely economical!).
