Carson & Daniel – Rose Hill Plantation
If you haven’t had the opportunity to check out Rose Hill Plantation in Nashville, NC then you simply must! It is the epitomy of southern elegance. I had the honor of helping Carson and her mother, Lou Miller plan her wedding there September 18. Everything about Carson and Daniel’s wedding exuded personal family heritage, which coincided perfectly with the history embedded at Rose Hill Plantation. The beautiful sugar bowl used as the cake topper was actually from Carson’s grandmothers silver service collection and is over 80 years old! The silver champagne goblets were used by Carson’s mother and father at their wedding over 40 years ago (yes, they are still happily married!) and the boxwoods used for greenery around the ceremony and reception were from the Miller’s family estate. These were all such wonderfully personal details that honored the most important aspect of a wedding… Family!

I love this picture of Mr. and Mrs. Miller peaking out from the windows as guests gather for the ceremony!

Katie, You were so professional and a wonderful help to all of us. Your positive attitude and calm demeanor were just what we needed. You made everything happen on time, and helped me to remember important items that I would have forgotten. I would recommend your services with great pleasure and confidence. Cheers, Lou Miller
