Stephanie + Jon | Pinehurst, NC Wedding

Stephanie + Jon’s wedding day was nothing short of stunning. On the most beautiful day in Pinehurst, their closest family and friends joined them for a day filled with love and FUN! Their wedding was so much fun, it was not a surprise to us at all when them + their golden retriever Teddy made it on the cover of PineStraw Magazine!!

Because Jon is from Pinehurst, they were truly able to make their guests feel like they were truly being brought into their home for a weekend full of celebration. The got married at Brownson Memorial Presbyterian Church in Southern Pines and got to take a trolley to and from their ceremony! One of my favorite personal details was the inclusion of Stephanie’s best buddy, her golden retriever Teddy, throughout the wedding. He joined her while getting ready that day and was there in spirit at the reception in the form of signature cocktails, Teddy cookies, and of course his favorite treat, popcorn to send guests home at the end of the night. Teddy is my absolute favorite and he definitely deserved some recognition!

From the moment guests entered the reception, they were greeted with FLOWERS GALORE and my ways it beautiful! Meristem Floral completely decked out Pinehurst Country Club from head to toe! From the full round bar with a stunning arrangement in the center, to the greenery softened chandeliers, and my personal favorite, the grand staircase covered in the most beautiful blooms, there were so many “wow” moments.

After one of the most beautiful and tasty dinners, it was time to party and Liquid Pleasure was the band for the job. They have played at every one of Stephanie’s siblings weddings, so they were a sentimental must when creating the reception of their dreams!

I cannot say enough about how amazing it was to work with this couple’s families and bring their vision to life – every picture by Graham Terhune of Anagram Photo gives me absolute chills, so you will have to scroll below to see what I mean!!
