Kathryn + George | Coral Bay Club Wedding

Wow! This was such a special event for us to plan! When Kathryn and her mother came to us, Kathryn and George were already husband and wife. As a Technical Sergeant in the US Air Force, George received orders to move to Korea shortly after their engagement. Not wanting to delay marriage head of living across the world, these two love birds decided to tie the knot at an intimate ceremony on Bald Head Island. They began their marriage so swiftly, they never had a chance to celebrate their commitment with their family and friends, so decide to host a ring ceremony the following summer! It turned out that George moved back to the states just one month before the wedding so it worked out perfectly that they were able to use this event to reflect on all they had overcome in the firs steps of their marriage and to celebrate a new chapter (finally!) beginning together.

Kathryn wanted a clean, elegant, and romantic look that reflected their favorite place, the beach! Orchids were the perfect beginning to that. From a hanging chandelier to composites on the tables, and her first real bouquet, the delicately graced all aspects of their day. The crisp white linens with pops of soft blue were the perfect compliment to the stunning flowers and their duogram that tied all of these details together. Add candles and it was a truly memorable space that was filled with so much love!

They danced, they sang, they danced some more and never did a smile fade from their faces, or they leave each other’s sides. This was love, a strong marriage, a whole lot of fun and an a beautiful evening that perfectly reflected the sweetest of couples. Enjoy!
