Heidi + Thomas | Carolina Inn Wedding

Wow! When we were busy celebrating Heidi and Thomas, we had no idea it would be one of our last Spring weddings, but boy are we so happy these two were able to tie the knot surrounded by all their friends and family. It was such a special weekend for two people who could not be more in love.

Heidi and Thomas live in Atlanta, so we did a lot of their planning remotely, which made it that much more fun to see all of the details fall into place as they and their guests arrived to the place where it all began. It is always so fun to see the excitement build as the weekend progresses and the celebrations kick off.

Their wedding had an unmistakable, classic & Southern garden party feel, with a flair of some really fun touches and “wow” moments sprinkled in. With a really interesting layout of the ballroom in place, we had the perfect base layer to continue building their dream day off of. Soft pinks and greens combined with interesting textures, the most amazing cake ever, and STUNNING flowers and candles all around, it was truly a favorite Carolina Inn moment.

Other than decor, we had so much fun with the other items as well! From sweet little ceremony programs perfect to compliment their vows to a signature cocktail recipe curated just for them by a favorite local watering hole, The Crunkleton, to a last song “Take Me Home, Country Roads” to honor the bride’s family roots in West Virginia, their personalities were woven so delicately throughout the day and thinking back to it just makes us happy!

Heidi and Thomas were an absolute joy to work with and we know we will be seeing their smiling faces for years to come!
