Avery + Paul | Outer Banks Wedding

Avery + Paul’s wedding planning process made us completely fall in love with the beauty of an Outer Banks wedding! The bride’s grandfather is the mayor of the sweetest town Manteo, where the ceremony and reception were held.

They were able to get married in the same church the Avery’s parents were years ago and hosted a tented reception right on the water next to her family’s home and incorporated so many other personal touches that made the day even more special. A family church pew as a lounge piece, her parent’s champagne flutes, and gardenia from her grandfather’s garden were all woven into the day.

When it came to decor, It was so fun playing on Avery’s vision of a classic wedding with a tropical twist to celebrate the start of summer! We loved the using the white tent and linens as a contrast of the tropical greens and and the most fun neon pink accents! Their 8′ long sign hanging over the bar, colorful koozies, and their dragonfruit signature cocktail named after the sweetest good girl, added all the fun touches that reflected just how much fun these two have together!
