- Personalized design and décor development including all rental items, florals, color palette, linens, invitations, escort cards, place cards, menu cards, programs and favors
- Catering coordination, including menu development, licensing and permits
- Guest coordination, including RSVP management, hotel accommodations and room blocks, creation and distribution of welcome bags and transportation coordination
Weekend Coordination (all of the below items are included in the Full Service Package):
Guidance during the last critical month and on the wedding day
- Planning meeting to establish details and timeline
- Management and direction of rehearsal, ceremony and reception, including wedding party coordination, pinning groomsmen boutonnieres, processional, recessional and introductions
- Timeline creation, management and direction of the flow of the entire day.
- Vendor and venue liason including cueing photographer, band or DJ and banquet captain
- Vendor timeline confirmation, delivery, installation and pick-up and distribution of payment and tips to vendors the day of the wedding.
- Set up and break down of any DIY projects completed by the bride or family.
- Management of bride’s personal belongings and gifts, ensuring safe delivery to the designated place or person after the wedding.
